Wedding Package Prices
Below you'll find details of our new wedding video packages and revised prices efffective from 1st August 2010. All prices are based on wedding venues within an approximate 60 mile radius of Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. We offer nationwide coverage but for venues further afield all we ask is that any additional travel and accommodation expenses we may incur are covered by you at cost.
All prices include 2 camera operators, copyright music licences, professional insurance, pre wedding consultation, visit to the venue prior to your wedding day (where possible), liaising with your wedding co-ordinator, attending the wedding rehearsal (church – where possible), cinematically filmed with the footage of the day professionally edited and complimented with music of your choice!
The Pearl Package Includes:
• Filming commences 1 hour before the ceremony
• Filming of the groom, best man, guests and bridal party arriving
• Coverage of the ceremony in full
• Filming of the photoshoot at the place of marriage
• The bride and groom departing to their reception venue (where applicable)
• A montage of the highlights of your day to music
• 2 x DVDs in total, including credits and chapter/scene selection
• 1 x DVD in a deluxe case available in black or ivory for the bride & groom's copy
• 1 x DVD in a standard DVD case with printed custom designed inlay
• 2 HD video cameras & 2 operators for the duration maximising overall coverage with multi angle shots
Cost: £495.00 (generally only available Oct-April or for midweek weddings. Other times of year are subject to availability)
The Ruby Package Includes:
• Filming commences 1 hour before the ceremony
• Filming of the groom, best man, guests and bridal party arriving
• Coverage of the ceremony in full
• Filming of the photoshoot at the place of marriage
• The bride and groom departing to their reception venue (where applicable)
• Filming at the reception venue including room & table décor
• Filming the arrival of the bride & groom (where possible)
• Filming of the reception venue photoshoot
• Filming of the receiving line (where applicable)
• Filming of the speeches
• Cutting of the cake (mock or actual cutting)
• A montage of the highlights of your day set to music
• 3 x DVDs in total, including credits and chapter/scene selection
• 1 x DVD in a deluxe case available in black or ivory for the bride & groom's copy

• Bridal preparations at the brides house or alternative venue (approx 2 hours coverage)
• 2nd camera operator will commence filming 1 hour before the ceremony
• Filming of the groom, best man, guests and bridal party arriving
• Coverage of the ceremony in full
• Filming of the photoshoot at the place of marriage
• The bride and groom departing to their reception venue (where applicable)
• Filming at the reception venue including room & table décor
• Filming the arrival of the bride & groom (where possible)
• Filming of the reception venue photoshoot
• Filming of the receiving line (where applicable)
• Filming of the speeches
• Cutting of the cake (mock or actual cutting)
• Coverage of the start of the evening reception & guests arriving
• Diary Room for your guests to leave you personal messages
• Filming of the first dance and some additional evening footage
• A montage of the highlights of your day to music
• 4 x DVDs in total, including credits and chapter/scene selection

For extended coverage of the bridal preparations (the full works) add on £80.00
The Diamond Package Includes:
• Extended bridal preparations (the full works) at the brides house or alternative venue
• The groom and groomsmen preparations and pre-ceremony drink (where applicable)
• Photo montage of the bride & groom growing up and/or early years video footage
• Filming of the groom, best man, guests and bridal party arriving
• Coverage of the ceremony in full
• Filming of the photoshoot at the place of marriage
• The bride and groom departing to their reception venue (where applicable)
• Filming at the reception venue including room & table décor
• Filming the arrival of the bride & groom (where possible)
• Filming of the reception venue photoshoot
• Filming of the receiving line (where applicable)
• Filming of the speeches
• Cutting of the cake (mock or actual cutting)
• Diary Room for your guests to leave you personal messages

• Honeymoon photo montage and/or any recorded video footage to be included

Asian Weddings and Celebrations:
For Asian wedding ceremonies and pre-wedding celebrations, quotations are provided on request in accordance with your specific requirements.
The Civil Partnership Package Includes:
• Filming commences 1 hour before the ceremony
• Filming of the wedding party arriving
• Coverage of the ceremony in full
• Filming of the photoshoot at the place of ceremony
• The couple departing to their reception venue (where applicable)
• Filming at the reception venue including room & table décor
• Filming the arrival of the couple (where possible)
• Filming of the reception venue photoshoot
• Filming of the receiving line (where applicable)
• Filming of the speeches
• Cutting of the cake (mock or actual cutting)
• A montage of the highlights of your day to music
• DVD features credits and chapter selection
• 1 x DVD in a deluxe presentation case available in black or ivory for the couple's copy
• 2 further copies of the DVD in a standard DVD case with printed custom designed inlay
• 2 HD video cameras & 2 operators for the duration maximising overall coverage with multi angle shots
